Features

The crush parts consist of a couple horizontal roller. While the Roller rotation in opposite direction, the fall-down stones will bring into the middle of the roller by friction force and gravity, crushed and grinded by the two rollers. The crushed stone pushed by the rotating rollers and discharged by gravity.

2PG Series roller crusher Applicable Materials

Roller crusher is widely used in crushing medium and low hardness materials, not for crushing hard materials. It is suitable for crushing quartzite. At present, the equipment used in fine crushing minerals mainly includes cone type, counterattack type, hammer type, vertical type and double roller crushing. The market share of double roller crusher is high. Its advantages are simple structure, cheap price and easy maintenance
